Ok here is a catch up report. The team is really rocking...working together so well, and "learning" the Spanish language to boot! Here are some photos from day 1 on the project, yesterday, followed by some from today. You will be amazed at the progress! Thanks to our supporters at home...your thoughts and prayers boost us all!
Oh this is exciting! We unloaded building supplies today...bags of cement, rebar, trucks of sand and gravel and blocks. No forklifts or cement trucks here! The Central UMC team is in the sky, and Mark is in transit to Managua. Prayers that all arrive safely! This is the 35th anniversary of the Sandinista government and there is supposedly a HUGE party in Managua. Think July 4th in the States! I told the team is was simply a grand welcome for them!
