The church office will be closed on Thursday, July 2nd, in observance of Independence Day.  Regular office hours will resume Monday, July 6th.

Join us for a new summer Bible Study, "Nehemiah." Nehemiah's heart was so broken for those in need that he left the comfort of his Persian palace to help them. In this 7-session Bible study by Kelly Minter, you’ll walk through the book of Nehemiah to discover real-life ways to put feet to your faith. Are you ready to let God break your heart for a hurting, lost world and move you in compassion to be the hands and feet of Jesus? Jump into this study featuring authentic Bible teaching, recipes, and a relational approach.

This Bible Study is open to all! Come and join us on Thursdays beginning June 25th from 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM in the Hospitality Room.  You are encouraged to buy your study book before the first meeting - please see the links below.

This month’s Shareback is supporting Chalk It Up 2 Love, a school supply collection and distribution that helps local Title I schools start the year strong. Your donations will go directly to students and teachers who need a little extra support to kick off the school year. Let’s come together to make a difference in our community and show a little love through something as simple as a box of pencils or a pack of notebooks. Items can be dropped off at the shareback table in the hallway by the Prayer Garden. Thank you for giving generously! This month's Birthday Club will meet Thursday, July 16 at 11:30 A.M. at The Smoke Pit.  Patsy Treadaway is this month's host.

Central's annual VBS impacted the lives of 32 children last week! Additionally, we had 20 youth volunteers and 19 adult volunteers.

Dinners were gracioulsy provided by the New Beginnings Circle, Grace and Mercy Circle, Central Squares, and Lessie Ann Circle.

We want to convey our profound gratitute to all who made this week such a success. VBS does not happen with the support and prayers of our entire congregation. Thank you for both!

Strength coach David McRae is holding a group strength and mobility class for adults 55+ in our very own Scout Hut!
